Hey people! Its been soooo long since I was on here I almost forgot I was a member! =)

Days has really gotten good, especially since the last time I blogged back in April. The latest soap opera digest says there will be some cast cuts, I cant imagine who will go., i am sure its money related.

I could do without the following:

- Jeremy

- Stephanie

- Adrienne ( not being used)

- Rolf

- Phillip

- Jett

I really hope that Lexie, Abe, and Celeste get back in the picture. They are being used soooo sporadically, its a waste of talents and potential story.

I dont know about other Days fans , but Im elated that Tony is returning this summer. Also apparently on his site he mentioned that Leann Huinley aka Anna would be returning also. I have watched the show for a long time but cannot ever remember watching Anna. I may have been too little.

Also the net is on fire about Stephano and Lexie returning also. With all the budget concerns going on at Days I cant imagine four big time characters returning at once - unless NBC decided to cough up the money to help Days get its ratings up.

keep your fingers crossed - it looks like its going to be a Dimera summer!

Anyone else see that Days is only 2nd now from Passions in the ratings? I love Days, but if I was nbc I may want to give it the boot too. When crapola reality shows are having better ratings than a 40 plus year institution - its time to count the losses and move on.

Keep your fingers crossed that Tony and the other summer surprises will save our poor Salem from sinking like the Fancy Face....

Alrighty Ken Corday - wheres the good stuff you spoke about in soap opera digest? It better materialize on screen soon cause Days is still boring me to tears rights now.

The "kiss of death" lipstick that Sami is to use on EJ - how is it possible to wear the drugged lipstick and not get sick herself? Did I miss that explanation from resident psychic Celeste? Don't get me started with Celeste! What a waste of a wonderful and beautiful actress. They really just need to have her focus on taking care of Theo and possibly starting a relationship with Abe. This would be good because it would all lead into Lexies miraculous return.

Back to the secret plan to kill EJ. Fire? really? Can anyone be that dumb? Its like Sami and Celeste are so blinded by their hate of EJ that they are missing the fact that they will never pull this off. Sami knows better. Heres a couple ways that may be easier to get away with:

• bury him alive ( a nod to our friend Vivian )
• go off in a boat with him and push him over board
• cause his car to careen of a cliff
• just poison him and then burn the body

Let me know if can you think of better ways to dispose of the spawn of stephano.

Seems kind of morbid to talk about this stuff. I need Days to be better, it helps me escape from the scary realities of the real world. Im from VA and know many folks that went to Tech in the past. My prayers are with the families of victims and also with the shooters family, they are in hell too.

I am so excited, I just received the latest Soap Opera Digest in the mail today. The cover has John and Marlena in the corner and it says "Crisis at days: The Secret Plan to Save the Show"

Inside is a very informative interview with Ken Corday - the producer of Days. I recommend you run out and buy it today. Here are a couple of highlights:

• Days ratings are the lowest in its 40 year history
• Corday gives his opinion of Sheffer and the stories playing out now
• Characters we love that have left the show recently will return soon
• The big changes will start as soon as this coming may

I will let you read the rest. This is AWESOME news for Days fans that have been treated like crapola for awhile now. Not to mention the abuse that the actors have endured.
